National Bank of Anguilla (Private Banking & Trust) Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Bank of Anguilla Ltd. It was incorporated to provide Offshore Financial Services on Anguilla. In November 2002, the Government of Anguilla approved an offshore banking license for the National Bank of Anguilla (Private Banking and Trust) Ltd. The role of this company is to conduct offshore banking and trust business in accordance with the Trust companies and Offshore Banking Act, 2000. NBA (Private Banking and Trust) Ltd. became fully operational on April 1st 2005 and is located on the ground floor of the Conrad W. Fleming Corporate Building.
